Job summary

You will handle cost reporting, forecasting, CVRs, variations, and final accounts while mentoring junior staff and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong NEC experience.
• Experience on major infrastructure projects.
• Solid subcontract management and reporting knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage cost and commercial risk.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently within a project team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial performance of allocated packages.
• Cost reporting, forecasting and CVRs.
• Subcontract procurement and management.
• Applications, valuations and payment processes.
• Managing variations, compensation events and change.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Support the preparation of final accounts.
• Collaborate with project teams to align commercial and operational goals.
• Mentor and support junior commercial staff.
