NG Bailey Group Limited is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee the financial elements of a major project near Bridgewater. The role involves managing contracts, leading commercial teams, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, along with strong skills in NEC3/4 contracts and advanced MS Excel. The position comes with excellent benefits, including a generous pension plan and extensive leave.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or similar role.
• Strong commercial performance management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts and practical application.
• Civil engineering and construction experience is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide leadership within the commercial team.
• Manage multiple contracts under NEC3/4 and JCT.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage CVRs.
• Manage invoicing and dispute resolution.
