Job summary

Pegasus Search & Selection in the UK is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing independent Chartered Surveying consultancy with a strong reputation across care, retirement living, residential and healthcare sectors.

You will lead commercial and cost management from feasibility through procurement and final account, working directly with clients, contractors and project teams on multi-bed developments.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in consultancy or PQS environments.
• Experience in care homes, retirement living or senior living sectors.
• Strong pre- and post-contract capability with client-facing roles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships independently.

Responsibilities

• Full pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services.
• Feasibility studies, estimating and cost planning.
• Procurement and tender management.
• Contract administration and commercial reporting.
• Valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Work with developers, operators and project teams.
• Support junior team members and identify new business opportunities.
