Job summary

Foster & May in Peterborough is seeking a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Peterborough office. You will work on distressed projects across real estate and healthcare, managing projects from inception to completion and guiding junior QS on pre/post-contract work.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years’ PQS consultancy experience, a Quantity Surveying degree or be RICS accredited, and preferably MRICS. A valid driving license and own car are required.

Qualifications

• Preferably MRICS
• Residential project experience beneficial
• Ability to independently run own projects
• Minimum 4 years’ experience at a PQS consultancy
• Quantity Surveying degree or RICS accredited
• Must have own car and driver's license

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from inception to completion
• Delegate pre- and post-contract work to junior QS
