This hybrid role offers flexibility between office, project sites, and home, with a minimum contract of 6 months. Ideal candidates will have NEC contract knowledge and a UK Quantity Surveying qualification.
This leading main contractor has an immediate need for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work within an established MOD Government projects division. The role will be on a freelance contract basis for a minimum of 6 months, with the potential to lead to a permanent salaried position.
The position offers good flexibility, being a hybrid role where you will manage your working week between the office in Surrey, project sites, and home. Currently, all projects for this role are along the M3 corridor from London to Southampton.
The ideal candidate would be familiar with MOD government projects, though this is not essential. A good knowledge of the NEC contract is required, along with a broad range of project experience including refurbishment, new build, and fit-out projects. Candidates must have a UK Quantity Surveying qualification and reside within a reasonable commute to Surrey and the project locations. The company does not offer sponsorship, and applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
