Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer

This leading residential developer has an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a major development in Hampshire.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in long-term residential projects from inception to completion, demonstrating longevity in your career. You should have experience with long-term residential developments and have completed follow-on projects for the same employer.

The role is based in Hampshire, initially working in pre-construction, then following the project through to site. You will be expected to work three days per week in the office and one day from home.

The scheme includes both low-rise flats and traditionally built housing, comprising 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-bedroom homes.

Requirements for this position include:

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience working on significant residential developments.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role.
3. Experience mentoring trainees and Assistant Quantity Surveyors is advantageous.
