Senior Quantity Surveyor - Construction

We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our regional Construction team based in Crawley.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll work within the Commercial team, initially on a multi-million-pound project in our Southern region.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Providing commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team, helping ensure that business targets and KPIs are exceeded.
2. Preparing monthly cost/value reports for the area, reviewing results, and considering trends with other contract team members.
3. Producing commercial reports and reviewing results and trends with other contract team members.
4. Physically measuring works and agreeing measurements with clients and subcontractors.
5. Agreeing on certification and payment of subcontractor accounts, monitoring these accounts against forecasts.

What are we looking for?

This role is ideal for you if:

• You hold a Full UK Drivers Licence.
• You are educated to Degree level or have equivalent experience.
• You have experience in a similar role.
• You possess confident IT skills, proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
