The Senior Quantity Surveyor role

1. Contribute to Work Scope Documents and procure Enabling Work Packages in collaboration with the Client Procurement Team.
2. Manage various commercial aspects including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, and subcontract works packages through to final account.
3. Aim to minimize risk and costs while maximizing value through cost checking and analysis of labor, plant, and materials.

Your profile

1. Hold a degree in BSc Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent experience and memberships.
2. Have construction industry experience.
3. Preferably possess large-scale industrial or civil engineering experience.
4. Experience working on Construction Management Projects.
5. Familiarity with NEC Forms of Contract.
