Job summary

Foster & May Limited in Liverpool is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead high-end developments from inception to completion and provide an Employers Agent role. You will build and maintain strong private client relationships to support growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will be MRICS with strong PQS consultancy experience, pre/post contract knowledge, and be commutable to Liverpool. Residential experience and Employers Agent exposure are desirable.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification is preferred.
• Strong PQS construction consultancy background.
• Good knowledge of pre- and post-contract duties.
• Residential project experience is desirable.
• Employer's Agent experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-end developments from inception through to completion.
• Act as Employers Agent where required.
• Build and maintain strong private client relationships to support growth and profitability.

An international, Quantity Surveying Consultancy is looking to grow their Liverpool team with a Senior Quantity Surveyor, following a large increase in project opportunities in the Northwest.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved from an early stage. Leading high-end developments from inception through to completion. Also providing an Employers Agent role.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also play a key role in building and maintaining strong private client relationships that support the company's long-term growth and profitability.

• Ideally MRIC's
• Strong PQS Construction Consultancy experience
• Good Pre and Post contract knowledge
• Commutable to Liverpool
• Ideally previous residential experience
• Employers agent experience
