Job summary

Foster & May in Liverpool is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead luxury high-end residential projects for private clients. You will join an award-winning team, manage client relationships, and act as a bridge between Directors and junior QSs.

MRICS chartered QS with a degree in Quantity Surveying and strong pre/post contract knowledge is required. Based in Liverpool or nearby, you will bring experience in PQS/QS consultancy and excellent communication to drive project success.

Qualifications

• MRICS chartered status.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Experience in luxury high-end residential projects preferred.
• Strong pre and post contract knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Background in PQS/QS consultancy.
• Based in Liverpool or within a commutable distance.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join an award-winning Quantity Surveying team delivering exceptional high-end residential projects for private clients across the Northwest.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will undertake a client-facing leadership role, acting as a key link between the Directors and the junior Quantity Surveyors within the business.

Qualifications

• MRICS
• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• High‑end residential project experience preferred
• Strong pre and post contract knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Background in PQS/QS consultancy
• Based in Liverpool or within a commutable distance
