Job summary

Randstad Cpe London is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery across a diverse portfolio on the South Coast. The role covers Education, Healthcare, Defence and more, with hybrid working and strong progression potential.

The ideal candidate will be MRICS or equivalent, with proven QS/Cost Management experience and solid NEC/JCT knowledge, plus a track record in client engagement and team mentoring.

Qualifications

• MRICS (Chartered Quantity Surveyor) or equivalent qualification.
• Proven Quantity Surveying / Cost Management experience in property and development.
• Strong NEC and/or JCT contract knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Leading commercial delivery on projects — owning cost, quality and programme.
• Preparing cost plans, budgets, forecasts and contract administration.
• Acting as commercial advisor and Employer's Agent, building strong client relationships.
• Mentoring junior Quantity Surveyors and supporting team development.
• Contributing to bids, proposals and business development.

Essential requirements:
