We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Anglian Water Infrastructure team in Peterborough.

What you'll do:

1. Ensure the @one alliance is provided with accurate cost and value reporting and forecasting to mitigate adverse financial impacts.
2. Ensure effective capture of costs and proper allocation, including pan-alliance.
3. Implement effective processes and systems to identify, report, and escalate commercial risks, such as early warning notices, to ensure mitigation.
4. Assist the Commercial Lead with operational commercial reporting requirements of the @one alliance, collaborating with the Performance Reporting & Systems team and Finance for accuracy and timeliness.
5. Conduct self-assurance of commercial data and contractual processes.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Awareness of NEC3 forms of contract.
• Experience working in a complex matrix team environment.
• Knowledge of relevant construction and contract law.
• Full UK driving license.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
