The business has built a reputation for excellence and innovation by delivering major marine projects for local and global clients and due to significant growth, the opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team at our HQ in Newry, Northern Ireland.
The successful candidate will form an important part of the commercial team by leading, managing and developing the QS team under your remit to ensure that the Company financial and commercial objectives are delivered at all stages of a project(s).

The Ideal Person will have:
The core change control process under JCT/ NEC/ FIDIC contracts and other bespoke forms of contract
Supply chain engagement including tender enquiry, preparation, analysis, negotiation and selection assessment
Standard methods of measurement
Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR), preparation, detailed forecasting principles and monthly reporting.
Negotiation and settlement of disputes and accounts relating both to customers and suppliers
