Senior Quantity Surveyor

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well known Civils and Construction contractor in the Belfast area and work within the commercial team on infrastructure/construction projects.

The company is an award-winning main contractor who are market leaders in the Civils and Construction sector. Your role as Senior Quantity Surveyor you be involved in a significant infrastructure project in Northern Ireland.

Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Monitoring Costs
- Maximising Revenue
- Minimising liabilities
- Financial Reporting
- Sub Contractor Payments
- Complete Measurements and valuations of works
- Forecasting
- Liaise with client regarding commercial issues


Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Pre and post contract experience in an Infrastructure QS role working on major projects
- 5 years post qualification experience
- Strong understanding of construction contract condition
- Educated to degree level in Quantity Surveying
- Strong IT skills
