Overview of Role:

• Delivery of Major Contracts.
• Professional delivery of all contracts.
• Perform a commercial function in preparation with tender bids.
• Procurement of suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Manage change control procedures on projects to identify and agree variations.
• Ensure timely and accurate presentation of information.
• Preparation of accurate cost-value analysis.
• Interim and final account statement preparation.
• Site measurements and drawing/taking off plans.
• Pricing variations and costing compensation events.
• Uphold Data Protection Policies.
• Manage a team of QS's.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties.
• Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy.
• Report any accidents or health & safety issues appropriately.
• Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed, and followed.
• Follow all manual handling practices.

The Ideal Person:

• Recognised Quantity Surveying qualification.
• Valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training.
• Full UK Driving License.
• 15 years' experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in NHF, NSR & PSA Schedules (desirable).
• Experience working from BOQs to maximise commercial returns.
