Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Quantity Surveyor experience (PQS or contractor background).
• Proven ability in front-end estimating and cost planning.
• In-depth understanding of MMC, JCT, and NEC contract frameworks.

• Lead tendering and procurement processes.
• Monitor and control post-contract cost variances and change processes.
• Perform accurate cost checks and valuations throughout large-scale projects.
• Prepare and present monthly post-contract cost reports.
• Contribute to value engineering and final account negotiations.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants across all project stages.
