Job summary

Foster & May Limited in the Northwest is expanding and seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage client relationships as an EA/Project Manager across private high-end residential projects.

You will mentor junior team members, help shape project delivery from concept to completion, and ensure robust commercial controls. MRICS or working towards MRICS and UK PQS experience are preferred, with strong teamwork.

A close knit, expanding Quantity Surveying Consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to help with their influx of high-end residential projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take on a client-facing EA / Project Manager role, working closely with private clients across the Northwest to deliver high-end residential projects and turn their vision into reality.

Alongside managing your own projects, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will play an important role within the wider team, mentoring and supporting more junior members and providing guidance on any technical or project-related queries.

• MRICS or working towards
• Experience working within a UK PQS
• Preferably high-end residential experience
