Job summary

Foster & May in Knutsford are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team, delivering high-rise residential schemes across the Northwest. You will lead QS and EA duties and work closely with senior colleagues and key stakeholders.

MRICS or working towards MRICS is preferred; mentoring junior QS and thriving in a family-style team are valued. Hybrid working is available, with £60,000–£70,000 salary, 25 days holiday, pension and strong career progression

A forward-thinking Quantity Surveying Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Knutsford team, supporting the delivery of high-rise residential projects across the Northwest.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic consultancy, taking a leading role in delivering high-rise residential schemes while working closely with other senior colleagues and key stakeholders across the business.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will take a lead role across both QS and EA duties, managing key project deliverables while providing guidance and support to more junior members of the team.

• MRICS or working towards
• Experience working within a UK PQS / Construction Consultancy
• Ideally High-End Residential experience
• Experience in mentoring junior QS's
• Can work well within a family-feel team
• Commutable to Knutsford
