Superior Recruitment Group have a fantastic opportunity available in Hull for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a large client.

This is a Permanent position and there will be a living away allowance provided for anyone out-with the Hull area.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your activities will include the following, but are not limited to:

1. Month End Auto-WIP & Journal returns
2. Co-ordination of AFC & internal Rolling Forecasts
3. Provision of information for Monthly Reports
4. Review of notifications & responses or notifications downstream & upstream
5. Liaising with Client on compensation events, payment allocation queries or disallowed items
6. Cost Analysis via SAP & Power BI
7. Assisting CM on compilation of Project Board Reports
8. Calculation of star rates
9. Update Commercial Registers i.e. CE, EW, Plant, Sales Invoices etc.
10. Drafting of notifications including letters
11. Overseeing of Subcontract Management processes
12. Value analysis– SOR, FP, day works
13. Change Management – Notification, Quotation & Agreement of Compensation Events
14. Payment Application & Invoicing
15. Innovation to improve job margin

Experience Required

Knowledge of:
