Our client is an extremely successful conveyancing organisation with ambitious growth plans for the future. They have a vibrant team of top-performing agents and an amazing working environment along with plenty of progression opportunities on offer for the future!

They are now looking for a high calibre Business Development Manager/Conveyancing Agent to join their dynamic team. Working alongside the sales and conveyancing teams, you will act as a key support for vendors and purchasers, seeing property sales through from offer stage to completion. The role could either be based in South Liverpool, or Hale in Cheshire.

This role is an extremely pivotal part of the sales process, to ensure that all customers are given an exceptional service during the stressful period of exchange and completion. You will convert leads into business and then account manage those clients to see the property sales through to completion. You will liaise with internal solicitors, banks, and mortgage companies, ensuring that deadlines are adhered to and client expectations are met, managing and resolving any complications along the way. You will also account manage the panel agents, keeping them up to date with the progress and ensuring that they are provided with an excellent level of service.

This role is extremely fast-paced, with deadlines to meet on a daily basis. You will have a large pipeline of sales to manage, so we are looking for a multitasker who is used to managing high volumes of clients and delivering an excellent service under pressure.

Due to the daily demands of this position, we are looking for a candidate who has experience within estate agency or conveyancing, either within a sales negotiator or sales progression capacity.

You should also possess exceptional customer service skills, the ability to work to targets and KPIs, a professional telephone manner, and a warm personality.

Our client is offering a highly competitive salary of £28,000 basic plus OTE £40,000. To be based in either South Liverpool, or Hale Cheshire.
