Kier Group in Scotland is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the day-to-day commercial management of a major retrofit project in Moredun. Based in Stepps/Moredun, you will oversee cost, risk and value for money from feasibility through delivery, guiding commercial staff and ensuring Kier targets are met.
You will hold a Quantity Surveying qualification, have NEC/JCT knowledge, and experience on high-volume residential programmes.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll lead the day-to-day commercial management of an £85M retrofit project in Moredun, involving the upgrade of multiple high-rise towers to bring them up to energy efficiency and safety standards. Working from feasibility and market testing stage through delivery and completion, you'll oversee project commercial staff and ensure that Kier commercial targets are maintained whilst managing cost, risk, and value for money.
