Your Role as Senior Quantity Surveyor Includes:

1. Negotiating and appointing sub-contractors to schemes.

3. Submitting valuations and variations on schemes.
4. Providing monthly cost reports aligned with project budgets.
5. Adhering to the company’s policies and procedures (IMS).

The Successful Senior Quantity Surveyor Will Need:

1. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
2. Good knowledge of construction contracts such as JCT contracts.
3. A high level of commercial awareness and experience managing junior staff.
4. A full valid driving licence.
