A leading fitout contractor in partnership with Vickerstock is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a permanent role based in Newry. The position involves managing costs, compiling BoQs, and ensuring project financials are on track. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience and strong negotiation skills, along with the ability to travel to sites across Ireland.

Vickerstock are working in partnership with a specialist fitout contractor on the appointment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor

Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Fit Out)

Duration: Permanent

Location: Newry & travel to sites in Ireland

Your new role as Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Take off from drawings
• Creation of BoQs
• Complete measurements, valuations and work agreements
• Monitor costs from sub-contractors
• Regularly report on project costs & cash flow
• Complete final agreements

What you'll need to be successful:

• 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong fit-out experience
• MRICS Status is beneficial
• Ability to travel to sites (full driver's licence)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Full right to work in Ireland
