Kier Group in Cumbria is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team on infrastructure projects. Based in Lune Gorge with hybrid working, you’ll drive commercial performance, manage contracts, and support junior colleagues to deliver value and project success.
The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, substantial contractor experience, and strong knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts.

We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in Lune Gorge, Cumbria. In this role you'll play a key role in delivering commercial excellence on our projects, working collaboratively with the team to manage contracts, drive value, and support the development of junior colleagues. Location: Lune Gorge, Cumbria – hybrid working
Hours: Permanent Fulltime 45 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per year + private healthcare _ £5,900 annual car allowance
