About the Role of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Exciting freelance opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a high-end hotel fit-out project in Westminster, offering a competitive day rate/salary. The project is valued at £160 million, with the shell and core completed, and they are looking for someone to join the team to carry out different fit-out packages.

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable main contractor on a prestigious hotel scheme in Westminster, with fit-out packages valued at approximately £35M+. The role is site-based, with potential flexibility for some remote working.

You will be joining a market-leading team, supporting the commercial and construction departments, and working closely with a Commercial Manager and Commercial Director. This is a long-term role, with a Temp to Perm position.

Our client is well-regarded for delivering high-quality residential projects across Central London and is seeking a Quantity Surveyor who is confident, detail-oriented, and capable of working on luxury refurbishment and fit-out projects.
