Base pay range

Senior Quantity Surveyor - £150 million Civils & Infrastructure Project - Watford - up to £85,000 + benefits

I am currently representing a top 10 global contractor with a turnover approaching £22 billion. They are a multiple award winning business that have maintained a family feel and a very low staff turn over.

They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage multiple enabling works/civils packages on a £150 million multi-phased Civils & Infrastructure scheme in the St Albans area - this is project will be NEC 3 Option A form of contract. The scope of works includes enabling works, cut & fill earthworks, multiple roads, utilities and structures to make way for a multi use industrial development and rail terminal upgrade. There is the potential of securing multiple large warehouses in phase 2 so if you have build experience also this will be beneficial.
