Job summary

Rue Two Recruitment Ltd is sourcing a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading mid-size UK construction consultancy in London, with promotion to Associate on the horizon. You will be MRICS and capable of managing a small team.

The role covers residential sectors including student residences, build-to-rent, high-rise, retrofits, affordable housing, hotels, branded pubs and boutique bars, with scope to advance to Associate quickly with strong support.

Qualifications

• MRICS chartered status or eligibility.
• Experience as Quantity Surveyor on UK residential/building projects.
• Ability to lead a small project team and coordinate with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead QS on projects in London and across sectors mentioned.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to grow capability.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and main contractors to manage cost and value.

You will be MRICS and be able to manage a small team.

Sector wise they are open but experience in Residential,from student residences, build-to-rent and high-rise building construction to retrofits, affordable housing and low-energy homes and Hotels, from destination hotels to budget stopovers, branded pubs to boutique bars would be great.
