Job summary

Carriera is recruiting a Chartered Senior Quantity Surveyor for its London team. You will manage your own projects and support graduates through APC progression in a London-based consultancy with a broad project mix up to £250m.

The role offers hybrid working (3 days office/site, 2 days home) and a clear path toward Associate and beyond, with senior staff accessible for guidance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects across pre and post-contract stages.

Carriera is working with an established independent construction consultancy looking to appoint a Chartered Senior Quantity Surveyor to its London team.

This is a particularly good opportunity for someone who has recently achieved MRICS and is ready to take on greater responsibility within a business where senior people remain genuinely accessible.

The team works across a broad mix of projects ranging from smaller specialist commissions through to major schemes approaching £250m. Current work spans heritage, commercial, hospitality, hotels, leisure, sports and wider property, with clients including major institutions and household names.

The requirement sits at the centre of the team. You will manage your own projects while also supporting graduate and Assistant QS colleagues with their development and APC progression.
