Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in London. You will take full responsibility for projects from inception to completion, and have the opportunity to take client ownership while representing the company at networking events and meetings.

The role spans Residential, Commercial fit-out and hotel projects for blue-chip clients, with project values from £1m to £500m. The successful candidate will have a Quantity Surveying degree and ideally MRICS, with

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (preferred).
• MRICS membership is desirable.
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Consultancy/PQS environment.
• Experience on Property/Building projects.
• Able to manage projects up to £20 million and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for projects from inception to completion.
• Gain direct client ownership and represent the company at meetings and networking events.
• Support multi-sector developments including residential, commercial fit-out, and hotels.

THE CANDIDATE

The successfulSeniorQuantity Surveyormust:

• Have a degree inQuantity Surveying and ideally be a full member of the RICS
• Have experience working as aQuantity Surveyoron the Consultancy / PQS side
• Have experience working on projects within Property / Building
• Have experience of managing projects up to the value of £20 million
• Havegood communicationand client facing skills
