Foster & May in North London is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor, or a Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to step up, to join our established practice.

You will work across large-scale projects including data centres, MEP, residential and student accommodation, and you will have the opportunity to lead a small Quantity Surveying team with a view to joining the board in due course.

Qualifications

• MRICS or working towards MRICS.
• Data centre or infrastructure project experience beneficial.
• Strong pre and post contract experience.
• Experience in a PQS/consultancy in the UK.
• Client facing and good management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small Quantity Surveying team and support board-level ambitions.
• Manage client relationships across large-scale projects (data centres, MEP, residential).
• Deliver pre- and post-contract commercial management on UK PQS projects.

A professional Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking to add a client-facing Associate Quantity Surveyor, or a Senior Quantity Surveyor ready for a step up, to their established North London office.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will work across a variety of large-scale projects, including data centres, MEP, residential, student accommodation and more.

The senior leadership team are seeking a strong Associate Quantity Surveyor who would be excited by the opportunity to lead a small Quantity Surveying team and work towards becoming part of the board.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS or working towards
• Data Centre or Infrastructure project experience would be beneficial
• Strong pre and post contract experience
• Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice in the UK
• Client facing and good management skills
• Open to Senior or Associate level Quantity Surveyors
