Job summary

Danny Sullivan & Sons Ltd in London is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) to take commercial ownership of high-value MEP packages on prestigious London contracts, delivering robust commercial performance across complex mechanical and electrical works.

You will lead procurement, subcontractor accounts and contractual negotiations, oversee cost control, forecasting, valuations and final accounts, manage variations and risks, and work closely with project delivery teams to maximise

I'm looking to speak with experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors who are ready to take the next step with a leading MEP contractor delivering some of London's most prestigious projects.
