Damicor Ltd is recruiting an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a team delivering major Amazon warehouse projects in London. You will take ownership of commercial activities, overseeing budgets, valuations and variations, and work closely with clients, subcontractors and project teams.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical building services experience and a proactive, organised approach to manage costs and deliver commercial targets on large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within MEP/building services.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical installations and related commercial packages.
• Experience managing subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations and cost reporting.
• Excellent commercial, contractual and financial management skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, organised approach with the confidence to take ownership of commercial responsibilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial aspects of MEP packages throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
• Prepare and manage valuations, applications for payment and variations.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, accounts and payments.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Review contractual documentation and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers and wider commercial teams.
• Prepare regular commercial reports and provide accurate cost information.
• Support the successful financial delivery of projects, ensuring costs are controlled and commercial targets are achieved.

Salary: £65,000-£75,000 per annum

Damicor is recruiting an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a team delivering major Amazon warehouse projects in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute MEP professional with strong mechanical and electrical building services experience to take ownership of commercial activities on large-scale projects. We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent commercial awareness, strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
