First Technical Recruitment is hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Chelmsford, Essex, South East, UK. This is a Full time opportunity with a very competitive salary, plus bonus, car allowance and pension.

We are seeking a commercially astute QS with a strong background in EPC projects to join an established engineering and infrastructure organisation. The successful candidate will manage cost control, budgeting and contractual matters on complex projects across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor on EPC projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and cost-control skills.
• Based in the Essex / Chelmsford area and eligible to work in the UK.
