I am currently working with a prestigious client who is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

My client is a regional earthworks contractor with an excellent reputation. They specialise in bulk earthworks, soil stabilisation, demolition, and ground remediation. They are experiencing a period of growth and are on track for their busiest year to date. Their projects are throughout the East Midlands and East Anglia.

The company has a turnover of approximately £60m annually, with a busy order book for the next 24 months. Typical project values range from £20,000 to £30,000,000.

This role involves overseeing all schemes in their current portfolio, managing 6 QS’s. It is a management position with a focus on financial reporting and contract management. A good working knowledge of NEC & JCT forms of contract is desirable.

Criteria:

• Experience with NEC & JCT Contracts
• Background in Main Contracting (civil engineering, commercial build, or earthworks)
• Minimum 2/3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Located within commuting distance to Cambridgeshire offices
• Preferably B.Sc. or HND/HNC in Quantity Surveying or similar
