Become a vital member of our Project & Programme Services team, working on some of the world's most exciting projects across various sectors including infrastructure, education, corporate real estate, retail, residential, aviation, and healthcare.

Your Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage commercial aspects of projects, including governance, fee management, internal costings, and resource planning.
2. Manage client relationships and service delivery collaboratively with project teams.
3. Coordinate with project management, health & safety, and building surveying teams.
4. Ensure quality and professionalism in all project stages.
5. Support business development and market opportunities.
6. Apply quality assurance and environmental management principles.
7. Mentor and manage junior colleagues, including performance reviews.
8. Support procurement strategies and site presence as needed.
9. Prepare estimates, cost plans, tender documents, and reports.
10. Provide post-contract services and report generation.

Candidate Requirements

1. BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent; Chartered status (RICS or similar) preferred.
2. Experience with public and private sector projects and knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
4. Proficiency in Office, Outlook, BIM/CAD measure, Cost-X, and similar software.
5. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
6. Full driving license.
