Qualifications

• 7+ years recruiting, with 3+ years in quant, HFT, or ML talent.
• Strong sourcing through niche channels and communities.
• Proven ability to convert high-caliber passive talent into hires.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruiting cycle from sourcing to offers for quant roles.
• Develop hiring strategies to meet aggressive goals with ENG leads.
• Plan sourcing through niche communities, forums, and conferences.
• Provide a white-glove candidate experience during assessments.
• Lead intake meetings, interview kick-offs, and debriefs; drive data-driven hiring.
