Ripple is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruitment for Quantitative Engineers and Researchers in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with hiring managers to identify and attract elite mathematical and technical minds globally.

You will collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team to craft a sophisticated recruiting strategy that aligns with strategic objectives while delivering an exceptional candidate experience for high-stakes talent.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years focused on Quantitative Engineering, HFT, or ML talent.
• Agency and in-house startup experience valued for handling high-volume and high-touch environments.
• Strong sourcing track record and ability to convert passive talent into hires.

Responsibilities

• Own the specialized recruiting process from sourcing to complex offer negotiations for Quantitative Engineering and Algorithmic Trading roles.
• Develop high-level strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals with Engineering Leads.
• Plan out-of-the-box sourcing strategies to attract elite talent from Kaggle, GitHub, ArXiv, Codeforces, and top conferences.
• Ensure a white-glove candidate experience, keeping candidates informed and prepared for technical assessments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand quant stacks, modeling requirements, and performance engineering needs.
• Own the intake meeting, interview team kickoff, and debrief process to maintain a data-driven hiring bar.
• Deliver weekly performance analytics and progress reports to managers and leadership.
