Ripple is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter in the UK to own end-to-end recruiting for Quantitative Engineers and Researchers. You will partner with hiring managers to attract top PhDs and engineers, and build a data-driven strategy with our Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, with 3+ years in Quantitative ENG/HFT/ML talent.
• Agency and in-house startup experience preferred to navigate high-volume and high-touch environments.
• Strong sourcing of passive, highly-compensated talent.

Responsibilities

• Own specialized recruiting from sourcing to complex offers for Quantitative Engineering and Algorithmic Trading roles.
• Develop high-level strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals with Engineering Leads.
• Plan out-of-the-box sourcing via Kaggle, GitHub, ArXiv, Codeforces, and NeurIPS/ICML.
