RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. is seeking a Quality Manager for a project, full-time and permanent. You will define the project’s quality strategy, lead QA teams, and ensures risk-based quality planning across multiple stakeholders and suppliers.

The role requires a university engineering degree, a quality management qualification, and 5+ years in QA/QC with offshore wind or related industries, plus strong English and international travel readiness.

Formación

• Degree in engineering or comparable field.
• Additional qualification as quality auditor/manager or equivalent.
• 5+ years in QA/QC/QM in construction/manufacturing.
• Knowledge of offshore wind component manufacturing/inspection.
• Familiar with IEC 61400, BSH, DNV, EN 1090.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement project quality strategy using risk-based approach.
• Set project quality objectives, plan resources and budgets.
• Develop audit/inspection guidelines and perform supplier audits.
• Lead quality team and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Oversee supplier/contractor quality and drive supplier improvement.
• Prepare quality tender documents and evaluate supplier offers.
• Improve quality framework, procedures and standards.
• Manage stakeholders and deploy digital quality tools.
