RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. is seeking a Quality Manager to define and execute the project’s quality strategy, leading a team of Quality Engineers, Site Managers, and Inspectors. You will ensure supplier quality and drive continuous improvement across multi-country projects.

The role requires a university engineering degree, 5+ years in quality management, and strong knowledge of offshore wind quality standards. Travel internationally is expected.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, electrical) or similar.
• Qualification as quality auditor and/or quality manager or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in quality assurance, quality control, and quality management in construction/manufacturing.
• Knowledge of offshore wind farm components and their manufacturing/inspection needs.
• Familiarity with IEC 61400, BSH, DNV, EN 1090 and related standards.
• Ability to lead and motivate quality teams across countries and cultures.
• Strong IT skills and ability to drive topics in a dynamic project environment.
• Business-fluent written and spoken English; willingness to travel internationally.

Aufgaben

• Define and implement the project quality strategy based on quality standards and risk-based approaches.
• Set project quality objectives and plan resources and budgets.
• Develop audit and inspection guidelines, monitor quality, and perform supplier audits.
• Lead and support the project quality team and coordinate stakeholders.
• Oversee supplier and contractor quality, qualifications, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare quality-related tender documents and support contract negotiations.
• Improve the company’s quality framework, procedures, standards and practices.
• Drive digital quality management tools and stakeholder satisfaction across projects.
