Job summary

Pin Point Recruitment is recruiting for a senior Quality Manager at a busy engineering and manufacturing site in Kirkbymoorside, North Yorkshire. The role is permanent, full-time and office based, reporting to the Operations Manager.

You will lead the site Quality team and own the QMS, driving customer and supplier quality, audits and continuous improvement. Candidates should bring strong ISO 9001 experience, Lead Auditor training and a track record of successful audits, CAPA, and

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quality Manager or senior QA role.
• Strong ISO 9001 knowledge and audit experience.
• Lead Auditor training.
• Experience managing internal and external audits.
• Experience working with customers and suppliers.
• Knowledge of ITPs and QPs in quality control.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA and QC across manufacturing, assembly, testing and delivery.
• Maintain QMS per ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
• Act as Quality Management Representative for the site.
• Manage internal and external quality audits and CAPA.
• Maintain ISO 9001 certification and approvals.
• Lead supplier quality interactions and audits.
• Analyse quality data to identify trends and drive improvement.
• Define standards for inspection, testing and product acceptance.
• Ensure traceability of materials and manufacturing processes.
