Qualifications

• Degree in relevant field; lead auditor.
• Long-term experience in food manufacturing QA or technical role with team leadership.
• Expert in food safety and risk management systems.
• In-depth knowledge of food/beverage industry, processing and law.
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the site quality team, conduct training and performance reviews.
• Lead QA programs for all products and deliver KPI performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, industry and customer requirements.
• Handle customer quality complaints and supplier audits on site.
