Job summary

Dragados UK & Ireland is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the project QMS for West Suffolk Hospital, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and client standards. You will oversee the quality team, drive a culture of continuous improvement, and interface with the client and supply chain to deliver quality on time and within budget.

The role requires significant senior quality management experience on major construction projects, CSCS, and a proven ability to manage audits and drive best practice

Qualifications

• Educated to a degree level in engineering or numerate discipline.
• Membership in a professional body such as CQI Practitioner or equivalent.
• Significant senior quality management experience on major construction projects.
• Proven leadership of quality professionals and teams.
• CSCS card holder and commitment to excellence and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project quality team, provide training and support.
• Liaise with client, subcontractors and stakeholders to meet standards.
• Develop, implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System.
• Manage audits, non-conformities, and continuous improvement actions.
• Produce regular quality performance reports and manage document handover.
