Job summary

Dragados UK & Ireland is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the project Quality Management System for the West Suffolk Hospital project. You will drive implementation, manage the quality team, and act as the main interface for quality with the client and supply chain.

You will oversee audits, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and Dragados QMS. A degree in a relevant field and professional certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, construction or numerate discipline.
• CQI membership at Practitioner level or above.
• IRCA ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification.
• Senior quality management experience on major construction projects.
• Proven leadership of a quality team.
• Valid CSCS card holder.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project quality team, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Liaise with client, subcontractors and stakeholders to meet quality requirements.
• Interface with Client to ensure quality and assurance standards are met.
• Own all quality and assurance matters with independence from design/construction.
• Prepare and provide corporate reporting as required.
• Manage implementation and close-out of Dragados SA Quality issues.
• Promote a strong quality culture and continuous improvement.
• Assist in pre-qualification and bid activities for Dragados SA.
