You will lead the development and delivery of the Quality Management System, ensuring regulatory compliance and governance across the department.

• Lead the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) across Blood Sciences and Immunology.
• Promote best practice in quality, risk management and governance.
• Drive continuous quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Practice as the Quality Lead for Blood Sciences and Immunology, promoting quality within the department.
• Demonstrate expertise in quality and risk management and ensure QMS compliance.
• Lead audits, investigations and corrective actions; support UKAS accreditation activities.
