• Significant NHS senior-level experience in quality, assurance or governance.
• Proven ability to develop and implement quality management systems.
• Experience producing and negotiating complex business and service plans.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and develop a Quality Management System for the health board.
• Lead the Corporate Quality Team and engage staff across the organisation.
• Support Executives to ensure the organisation operates as a quality-led service.
• Develop a quality assurance framework consolidating QA activities.
• Ensure compliance with Welsh Government Quality and Safety Framework.
