Qualifications

• Extensive experience in health or social care leadership and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to assess evidence and provide actionable improvements.
• Experience conducting mock inspections or audits aligned to CQC or similar.
• Ability to produce structured, professional reports using standard templates.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mock CQC inspections across regulatory domains.
• Review policies, procedures, care plans and compliance documents.
• Observe care practice and interview staff, managers, and service users.
• Produce clear reports outlining findings and recommendations.
• Support services to develop and implement action plans.
• Provide expert guidance on regulatory expectations and best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CQC frameworks and sector developments.
• Manage workload and schedule as an independent consultant.
• Represent Delphi Care Solutions professionally with clients.
