Job summary

Reevr is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead supplier quality and NCRs within a mature engineering and manufacturing environment. You will drive supplier audits, KPI reporting, and corrective actions while coordinating with customers and internal teams.

The role involves NADCAP readiness across Welding, Heat Treatment and NDT, plus ownership of supplier quality improvements and action closure.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier quality and supplier audits.
• Experience in supplier development.
• NCR and corrective action management.
• Root cause analysis.
• Customer quality and quality KPIs.
• Experience in technically demanding manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk-based supplier audits and maintain the Approved Supplier List.
• Monitor and report supplier quality KPIs; manage escalated NCRs.
• Own responses to internal and supplier NCRs; review root causes and corrective actions.
• Ensure preventative actions are effective.
• Act as the quality interface for key customers; prepare NADCAP readiness across Welding/Heat Treatment/NDT.
