Job summary

Reevr is seeking an experienced Head of Quality to own the Quality function and QMS within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role manages a team of ~10 Quality professionals and drives continuous improvement to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes CAPA, audits, PPAP, APQP and compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100, NADCAP knowledge is advantageous and a proactive leadership style is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Quality teams in regulated manufacturing.
• ISO 9001 and AS9100 experience highly desirable.
• NADCAP and CAA knowledge would be advantageous.
• Hands-on Quality engineering and QMS understanding.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the QMS and documentation.
• Lead a quality team of ~10 professionals.
• Ensure products meet design, regulatory and quality requirements.
• Maintain compliance with third-party approvals and standards.
• Lead CAPA, root cause analysis and 8D problem solving.
• Plan and oversee internal, external and customer audits.
• Lead PPAP, FAIR and APQP activities.
• Monitor Quality KPIs and compliance performance.
• Manage customer complaints, returns and non-conformances.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practice across the organisation.
• Develop team capability through coaching and training.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing and Operations.
