Job summary

Club L London is seeking a Senior QC to join its Quality Control team at the Middlewich distribution centre. The role focuses on protecting product quality, identifying issues, and turning findings into actionable improvements.

You will collaborate with Returns, Customer Service, Product and Garment Technology teams to drive quality and reduce returns. Experience in Quality Control, Garment Technology or similar technical fashion roles is essential, with strong AQL knowledge and a detailed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Quality Control, Garment Technology or similar technical fashion role.
• Strong understanding and practical experience of AQL and garment inspection.
• Excellent knowledge of garment construction, manufacturing processes and production lines.
• Strong understanding of woven and knitted fabrics.
• A genuine passion for product and a great eye for detail.
• Someone who can spot when something doesn't look or feel right and understands why.
• Highly organised, accurate and process driven, with the ability to work to KPIs, deadlines and service levels.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and technically confident.

Responsibilities

• Support the QC Manager in maintaining and continually improving quality standards across Club L London and our wider brand portfolio.
• Develop understanding of Club L London’s product handwriting, including fit and quality expectations.
• Inspect incoming stock in line with agreed AQL 2.5 standards before reaching the customer.
• Apply correct inspection and quality standards depending on brand, product and customer requirements.
• Use returns data, customer feedback and known issues to target checks.
• Identify quality issues quickly, understanding impact on customer and business.
• Work with Returns to identify recurring issues and provide actionable insights to the team.
• Assist with returns, non-conformance and supplier performance reporting.
